Working Student (m/f/d) Contract Administration

Your Tasks:

• Independent handling of troubled engagements through judicial and out-of-court measures
• Taking, clarifying, or forwarding department-related requests over the phone
• Support in processing deaths in connection with loans/leasing contracts, including clarifying/checking inheritance relationships/rights
• Support in coordinating with heirs, estate administrators, probate courts, and authorized representatives
• Support in managing and overseeing insolvency proceedings to minimize TKG's losses under the Insolvency Code
• Independent handling/decisions within the framework of legal requirements and internal guidelines

Your Profile:

• Current university student, ideally studying law or a related field
• Legal knowledge desirable, ideally with some practical experience
• Independent and audience-appropriate communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to work at the Cologne office on a regular basis during the week
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken
