Holidays.
A long-term cooperation with a permanent employment contract and 30 days of vacation plus two days off on the 24th and 31st of December. As a rule, carnival monday (Rosenmontag) is also a day off for employees at the Cologne site.

Due to our flexible working hours, each employee can find a work rhythm that suits them. If there are corresponding credit hours in the working time account, up to 24 compensatory days can be taken annually.
Mobile working.
To accommodate the request for more flexibility, we give our employees the option of working remotely for up to 12 days a month.
