From manager positions upwards, our employees are provided with a company car for business and private use.

Free car and bicycle parking spaces are available to our employees at the site, including various parking spaces with e-charging stations and hyperchargers.
Vehicle leasing program.
All employees have the opportunity to use one or more vehicles for a period of 24 months at an all-in rate (excluding fuel costs).
Holidays.
A long-term cooperation with a permanent employment contract and 30 days of vacation plus two days off on the 24th and 31st of December. As a rule, carnival monday (Rosenmontag) is also a day off for employees at the Cologne site.
