Marcus Bochem,
Sales & Products
Marcus began his career at Toyota in 2003, including a 3-year stint abroad at Toyota Motor Europe in Brussels. Today, he is Director of Sales and Products at Toyota Kreditbank (TKG). Together with his teams, Marcus develops sales solutions and communication channels for Toyota and Lexus dealers as well as for our end customers. In a managerial role, he ensures that these solutions are in line with TKG's objectives and the needs of our stakeholders.

As a passionate runner, I was given the opportunity to take part in the Marathon Pour Tous as one of 36 Toyotans and run the Olympic marathon course at night. Victoria Knyps,
Projects & Innovation
Victoria has a Master's degree in International Marketing & Media Management and joined Toyota Kreditbank in 2021 as Product Owner Online. She initially focused on the development of digital sales before being promoted to Projects & Innovation Manager at the end of 2024. In this role, she focuses on IT middle and backend projects and digitalization sector. A highlight of her career to date was the development of a digital application process in the Online Leasing project.

Christian Krell,
Purchasing & Settlement
After studying Literature and working as a license auditor, Christian made a fresh start and joined Toyota Kreditbank as a trainee. After successfully completing the program and two years as a team leader in the Settlement & Back Office department, he was promoted to Manager Purchasing & Settlement. Here, Christian is responsible for the operational processing of credit decisions up to EUR 250 thousand and the contract review and disbursement of retail transactions.

Julia Humpert,
Market Operations
Julia is a qualified banker with a Master's degree in International Management and has been part of TKG for 18 years. Since 2021, she has been part of the Corporate Planning & Market Operations Team, the link between the local management of the 21 countries in the Europe & Africa region and the regional top management of Toyota Financial Services. She is now Senior Manager of the Market Operations team and supports our country markets in all matters relating to strategy, planning and performance.

Andreas Sonntag,
Risk Management
Andreas has been a treasured part of Toyota Kreditbank since 2010. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Mathematics and over a decade of industry experience, he brings extensive expertise and strong decision-making skills. His main focus is on processing non-performing loans, financing dealer and fleet purchases and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in the lending business.He is also responsible for the area of externally managed back office IT systems, both in disciplinary and technical terms.

Anja Secander,
Group Audit
Anja has around 25 years of international experience in the automotive financial services and banking sector. She has held various positions, including Head of Credit Operations and Chief Financial Officer. Anja joined TKG in 2022 – originally as a freelancer. Since 2024, she has been Head of TKG Group Audit and a permanent employee. In this role, she acts as the contact person for internal audit assignments and contributes her expertise to projects from all areas of the company.
