Your Tasks:

  • Accompanying court proceedings, in particular the mandating of lawyers, including invoice verification and file maintenance, including post-processing of files

  • Processing and documenting processes in the IT systems

  • Assistance tasks to support the lawyers, such as organizing appointments, travel expense accounting or orders

  • Assistance with vehicle registration, if necessary in cooperation with notary's offices

  • Preparation, maintenance and control of the department budget

  • Support with the annual audit

  • Archiving B2B contracts (service provider contracts) and monitoring notice periods

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a paralegal (m/f/d)

  • Experience in a secretarial office of a law firm or legal department

  • Expert knowledge of German and advanced knowledge of written and spoken English

  • Emphatic and team-orientated personality

  • Thorough and reliable way of working
