Your Tasks:

  • You properly process all accounts payable/accounts receivable transactions
  • You contribute to the digitalization in the area of accounts payable/receivable accounting
  • You support the team in the execution of all tasks of accounts payable and accounts receivable, payment transactions and financial accounting, taking into account the legal (e.g. MaRisk), internal and professional requirements
  • You support the adjustment to EDP systems (HR-Works, SAP, accounts payable workflow) for effective work design and error correction
  • You coordinate and lead departmental projects

Your Profile:

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in business administration or a comparable course of study
  • You have basic theoretical knowledge in finance/accounting
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, is a prerequisite
  • You like to work in a team as well as completely independently
  • You are very organized and have a reliable and careful way of working
  • You have good German and English language skills
