Working Student (m/f/d) Credit Analysis / Purchasing

Your Tasks:

• Analyzing credit and leasing applications from our retail and commercial customers in accordance with our guidelines (e.g., regarding creditworthiness, fraud prevention, and money laundering)
• Assuming a responsible role at the intersection of the Risk, Service, and Sales departments
• Solution-oriented coordination with retail partners and our customers regarding credit and leasing decisions, with the goal of finding fast, reliable, and tailored solutions
• Resolving negative cases in collaboration with the collections department
• Processing all incoming communications (follow-ups, emails, snail mail), including returned mail, special payments, account transfers, and the assignment of relevant documents
• Assisting during peak periods or when there are staffing shortages in contract billing

Your Profile:

• Motivation and interest in gaining valuable and varied practical experience within an automotive group environment
• Currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in a degree program with a focus on business administration, economics, finance, or a comparable field
• Willingness to work primarily at our on-site office in Cologne, thereby gaining firsthand insight into our corporate processes; partial remote work is possible
• Strengths in analytical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and a pronounced service orientation
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor (including on the phone)
• Fluency in spoken and written German
