Team Lead (m/w/d) Credit Assessment
Your Tasks:
- Ensuring the timely decision of credit and leasing requests.
- Creating and providing various performance reports on a monthly and annual basis for analysis, as well as informing the team and superiors.
- Advise and support subordinate employees in solving problems such as critical credit rating decisions, the processing of transactions that deviate from the processing standard or regulatory requirements / innovations.
- Advise and support the traders in all technical issues, e.g. in the case of rejected or commissioned credit inquiries.
- Participate in the creation and regular updating of guidelines, work instructions and process optimizations.
- Implementing training requirements in consultation with the manager.
- Assisting with the entry and approval of invoices.
- Ensuring compliance with internal bank guidelines in day-to-day business (e.g. credit checks, quality standards and fraud prevention) to comply with all relevant legal and internal requirements, e.g. AMLA and KYC process.
- Leading, motivating and developing employees within the framework of the company's management principles.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed banking training or comparable training
- Several years of professional and management experience in banking or leasing
- Sound knowledge of the credit and leasing business
- A high degree of initiative and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Willingness to take responsibility and initiative
- Good basic knowledge of MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken German
