Your Tasks:
- Preparing and carrying out risk-oriented audits, either alone or as part of a team, at our German headquarters in Cologne or at one of TKG's European branches or subsidiaries
- Identifying and describing process deviations and deficiencies as well as recommending corrective actions in the audit report
- Regularly monitoring the implementation of agreed measures and preparing relevant information for reporting to local, regional management and corporate audit
- Developing new or improving existing audit programs based on new or updated internal guidelines or legal requirements
- Supporting various projects and analyzing and evaluating new business processes and concepts
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed degree in economics or business administration, or training in the banking sector
- Several years of professional experience in the banking sector and/or in auditing
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory, corporate, and other legal requirements combined with strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills (German and English) in speaking and writing in an international environment, especially the ability to clearly formulate and weigh results and assessments
