Specialist (m/f/d) Treasury Shared Services (part-time and full-time possible)
Your Tasks:
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and Group-internal risk management requirements in the area of treasury for the domestic and foreign subsidiaries of Kinto Europe GmbH and selected TFS (Toyota Financial Services) units in the region (European-African Region)
- Execution and coordination of all money market transactions including all refinancing transactions. You decide which transactions are concluded at which conditions with a direct impact on interest expenses.
- Support in managing the risks resulting from the refinancing portfolios of the domestic and foreign subsidiaries of Kinto Europe GmbH and the region
- Monthly calculations of the Key Risk Indicators (KRI) specified by the Japanese parent company (TFSC) with regard to interest rate risks, liquidity risks, foreign currency risks and counterparty risks and monitoring of the limits and reporting set for this purpose
- Annual preparation of a proposal for KRI limits and a liquidity contingency plan per region and Kinto unit and coordination of these with all stakeholders
- Monthly analysis and monitoring of the risk profile of the individual Kinto units (interest rate risk, liquidity risk, etc.) based on the respective business and financial market conditions and subsequent documentation in the form of an Asset Liabilities Report (ALCO Report)
- Preparation of recommendations for action for risk management, e.g. recommendations regarding maturity structure, refinancing structure, interest rate hedging, short-term and long-term liquidity requirements, in order to ensure current and future compliance with treasury limits.
- Monthly coordination/management of the Kinto meetings (recommendations for action regarding the determined risk profiles and asset liability situation)
- Support in the implementation of efficient treasury processes and standardization of the data provided by the units, such as the implementation of a reporting standard for the asset data of the KINTO subsidiaries
- Participation in projects to implement regulatory and Group-internal requirements for the Treasury department
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics or a similar field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in treasury
- Knowledge of market price risks, liquidity risks and refinancing
- High level of numerical skills in handling and analyzing business risk indicators and simulations
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, independence, initiative and creativity
- Communication skills and willingness to cooperate, as well as the ability to carry out tasks independently and purposefully
- Ability to present complex issues in a clear manner
- Willingness to initiate change
- Fluency in written and spoken English
