Specialist (m/f/d) Performance Sales Value Chain
Your Tasks:
- Ensuring the activities in the area of Vehicle Lifetime/ Value Chain (VLV/ VC) and coordinating meetings, as well as implementing the agreed results
- Carrying out project work within sales management, e.g. on new analysis approaches such as Vehicle Lifetime Value (VLV) or product expansions
- Propose data-based decision-making principles and develop strategic activities, e.g. redesign of VLV bonus or market launch of new insurance products
- Preparing monthly standard reports and ad hoc reports for meetings, sometimes in coordination with Controlling
- Creating presentations/evaluations for field sales conferences and pricing meetings
- Analyzing data on products and programs, uncovering potentials
- Further developing and taking responsibility for sales tools and data quality
- Optimizing reporting tools in Power BI and creating dashboards/reports for sales management
- Providing information from day-to-day business and requests from the sales force
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable
- 2-3 years of practical experience in sales and/or operations, preferrably at an automotive bank
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics) and IBM Cognos
- Sound knowledge of SQL (database queries)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Analytical thinking, reliability and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- Very good moderation and presentation skills
