Specialist (m/f/d) IT Governance & Business Services
Your Tasks:
- Creation and provision of IT reports (IT controlling, KRI reporting) as well as documentation of Oprisk events
- Preparation and creation of individual reports for the Director IT & Digitalisation
- Support in the creation of decision templates and approval documents for strategic changes and IT governance topics
- Participation in internal and external IT audits (annual financial audit, SOX)
- Monitoring compliance requirements and initiating adjustments
- Conducting IT vendor management and monitoring service level agreements
- Relationship management with EAR T & I and monitoring the project portfolio
- Implementation of strategic and regulatory IT requirements for departmental IT systems
- Technical owner for departmental IT systems and participation as functional owner for cross-departmental systems
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, or a comparable vocational training
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the IT field, ideally in a bank or leasing company
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking environment
- Excellent knowledge of IT standard systems, such as MS Office
- Basic knowledge of cloud applications and architectures
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- High level of initiative and identification with company goals and philosophy
- Continuous goal orientation and organizational talent
- High social competence and strong communication skills
- Active and passive willingness to cooperate
