Specialist (m/f/d) HR & Data Analysis
Your Tasks:
- Ensure, manage and further develop HR reporting and HR reporting, dashboards and analytics for EAR P&C
- Ensure accurate and consistent data and perform regular data audits and validation checks to ensure reporting accuracy
- Provide people data via analytics, dashboards and business intelligence (BI) platforms and make recommendations to the P&C team and HR department
- Coordinate data for employee surveys such as PULSE and ensure data is captured and entered correctly
- Work with the local HR department to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and provide clear written explanations for reporting purposes
- Manage the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the intra-group framework agreement for the exchange of personal data between global Toyota entities
- Coordinate global and regional HR processes such as annual salary reviews, benchmarking, global career planning and support for special projects
- Coordinate executive assessment and compensation processes (G21 and GPA) to ensure timely and accurate submission of documents
- Coordinate the EAR P&C budget planning process in collaboration with the EAR finance department and provide relevant budget planning reports
- Manage SAP approvals and invoice processing for TKG and TFSUK and support the invoicing process
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration, HR management or a comparable field of study, preferably with a focus on HR and data analysis
- Good knowledge of HR governance, compliance and legal aspects in various countries and regions
- Experience in working with data and strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships at different organizational levels
- Problem-solving skills: ability to find practical, client-focused solutions to complex global HR challenges
- Excellent communication skills, especially in an international context, to effectively convey strategies and recommendations
- Fluency in German and English (min. C1), other languages are an advantage
- Ability to navigate a diverse, multicultural environment with cultural sensitivity and adaptability
