Specialist (m/f/d) District Management & Dealer Support
Your Tasks:
- Actively maintain and strengthen relationships with car dealers, sales managers and owners, both remotely from the Cologne office (approx. 2/3) and locally (approx. 1/3), for North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg
- Regularly analyzing the utilization of financial services to optimize target agreements and maximize trading volume
- Negotiating maximum volumes of financial services, taking into account bonuses and special promotions
- Using evaluations to manage trading activities and develop measures to achieve targets
- Carrying out training and coaching measures for dealers and sales staff, with a focus on the use of online methods and tools
- Ensuring the implementation of coordinated measures to pursue targets and initiating countermeasures where necessary
- Analyzing competitive activities and deriving measures to increase competitiveness
- Initiating and coordinating activities of internal specialist departments for solution-oriented processing of business transactions
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed business studies, alternatively banking or comparable commercial training with relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of financial services products, preferably with a (car) bank, financial services provider or vehicle manufacturer/importer
- Sound knowledge of the automotive industry
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
- Fluent written and spoken German
- High level of commitment and assertiveness as well as empathy
- Willingness to travel (about 2-3 times a year for 2 weeks at a time)
- Very good moderation and presentation skills
