SAP FI/CO Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

  • Supporting SFCs with all questions, change requests, or incidents regarding the SAP system and its processes, and providing solutions with the highest service level
  • Analyzing technical/process requirements in collaboration with the SFCs departments (TFS/KINTO), especially in the context of S/4 migration
  • Supporting SFCs (TFS/KINTO) during module and integration tests as well as the acceptance of the SAP applications to be implemented
  • Creating feasibility studies, concepts, and cost estimates for solutions to the requirements of the departments (TFS/KINTO), including documentation
  • Proactively analyzing processes and problems and developing and implementing solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with IT security requirements and necessary changes to existing guidelines in collaboration with the EAR IT & SAP team
  • Preparing and conducting SAP user training
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer within the SAP CoE team regarding S/4 updates and changes
  • Providing expertise in the planning and development of new SAP projects and systems in coordination with EAR-IT, the SAP team, and the SAP team leader
  • Reviewing the performance of external providers in relation to requirements, SLAs, and agreed costs in coordination with the SAP team leader

Your Profile:

  • Completed degree in IT (Computer Science or Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience with SAP FI/CO and project management experience
  • Experience in SAP FI/CO process development in SAP S/4, ideally in a banking/financial services environment or a captive bank
  • Strong SAP CPI knowledge
  • Knowledge of Compliance, GDPR, and MaRisk
  • Experience with IT security concepts
  • International orientation and knowledge transfer
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and excellent communication skills
  • High service orientation and ability to work effectively in international teams
