Your Tasks:

  • Participate in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of projects for the on-time and on-budget introduction of business, compliance and IT projects
  • Taking over sub-project management in consultation with the respective project manager, taking into account the individual project milestones
  • Central monitoring & administration of TKG form management
  • Monitoring and analysis of new or changed processes in collaboration with project management/departments
  • Creation and coordination of specialist concepts for the detailed description of project requirements and target processes, including the presentation of implementation options for decision-making by the specialist departments
  • Creation and implementation of acceptance and integration tests in collaboration with the specialist departments, including bug fixes to ensure the highest possible quality of the implemented requirements
  • Planning and technical coordination of test execution in the agile team and across teams, ensuring an appropriate test scope and complete execution of the required tests
  • Creating user documentation and training documents as well as conducting employee training for new processes and applications as part of project launches
  • Taking on sub-project management, including creating project plans and project documentation
  • Advising the specialist departments on the introduction of procedural and system changes
  • Implementation of form management and form administration

Your Profile:

  • Training as a bank clerk or comparable commercial/technical training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the private and commercial credit and leasing sector, ideally also project experience in an agile project environment
  • Good business understanding and knowledge of accounting and payment transactions desirable
  • Sound IT skills, especially MS Office
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Initiative and an independent, organized way of working
  • High social competence paired with the ability to deal with conflict
