Personal Assistant (m/f/d) Corporate Functions, Executive Coordination & Srategic Events
Your Tasks:
- Planning and execution of international conferences and events for top management, including selection and management of external service providers
- Support in organizing CEO, CFO, and RISK conferences, including registration management and invoice processing in the EAR (European African Region)
- Preparation of briefings, presentations, and decision-making documents for regional and global meetings
- Organization of meetings for SVP TFSEAR (Toyota Financial Services EAR) and Senior Director EAR Corporate Functions
- Coordination and booking of business trips, including scheduling and appointment management
- Budget creation and monitoring in the area of responsibility of top management
- Processing and clarification of inquiries and issues in close coordination with international units
- Organization of executive meetings, including agenda creation, document management, and archiving
- Maintenance of a SharePoint site and administration of organizational charts, guidelines, and onboarding documents
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in project management at top management level
- Experience in working with international executives and committees
- Excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent written and spoken English
