Your Tasks:

 

  • Ensuring monthly management reporting on the business development of all operating units in the Europe & Africa region including KINTO Europe 
  • Analyzing business data (e.g. benchmark analyses, scenario analyses) outside of monthly, forecast and planning processes
  • Providing analyses on selected issues and other financial information for regional management as part of the preparations for the Management Committee
  • Supporting the provision and analysis of business plan calculations as part of feasibility analyses for the development of new operating units and the further development of reporting standards in the region 
  • Ensuring the forecast and planning processes as well as the provision and further development of a central planning tool for the operating units in the Europe & Africa & KINTO region
  • Reviewing dividend planning for the units within the Europe & Africa region
  • Preparing the necessary data and calculating the monthly business risk as part of the risk-bearing capacity calculation
  • Joint provision of business development assumptions for adverse capital planning and stress tests in coordination with the line manager and the GRCF
  • Ensure functional Hyperion Essbase reporting and adequate training for all Hyperion Essbase users in the Europe & Africa region including KINTO Europe
  • Leading, motivating and developing employees

Your Profile:

 

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling/Accounting or comparable training 
  • At least 5 years of professional and management experience in controlling, preferably in a bank or financial services company or similar 
  • Very good knowledge of SAP, IFRS and risk management methods
  • A high degree of independence, personal initiative and creativity
  • Willingness to initiate change
  • A self-confident appearance
  • Ability to present complex issues in a clear manner
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
