Your Tasks:

 

  • Credit support for car dealerships, medium to large car dealership groups and credit exposures also in the intensive and problem loan sector
  • Financing advice to borrowers for investment projects in the real estate and movables sector with negotiation of collateral
  • Preparation of the qualified credit vote and credit decision within the scope of the granted authority (€ 2 million) and preparation of decision-ready draft resolutions for higher-level decision-makers and committees, also in English
  • Drawing up loan and collateral agreements, arranging notarized deeds and carrying out loan disbursements in line with requirements, if necessary with building status checks
  • Ongoing creditworthiness monitoring on the basis of annual financial statements, income statements during the year, planning calculations, income and asset documents
  • Determination of forward-looking debt service capacity
  • Conducting analyses for early risk detection, recommending and initiating risk-reducing measures if necessary
  • Recommendation of rating upgrades/downgrades
  • Supporting problem loans (Ma Risk Definition) in restructuring processes (plausibility check of restructuring concepts to assess the ability to restructure, ongoing reporting on target/actual analyses)
  • Participation in intra-departmental or cross-departmental process changes or projects to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of processes

Your Profile:

 

  • Successfully completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) with further training as a banking specialist/business economist or a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience in the commercial lending business, ideally also in the area of investment financing and in dealing with problem loans
  • Sound knowledge of analyzing economic documents and assessing credit risks in the commercial lending business with the necessary legal expertise
  • Sound judgment as well as good assertiveness and negotiating skills
  • A responsible way of working and strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package
  • Very good knowledge of German and good technical knowledge of English
