HR Payroll & Administration Expert (m/w/d) Full- or Part-Time
Your Tasks:

Ensuring the proper transfer of salaries, payment of social security contributions and wage tax registration in compliance with the applicable statutory, company, tax, social security and employment contract regulations in the external payroll system KDV, including salary posting in SAP

Preparation and implementation of employee secondments in collaboration with the business partner, including the relevant correspondence with foreign companies, tax advisors and auditing firms, including subsequent support for expats, impats and cross-border commuters with payroll and social security issues

Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements on the HR side including submission of statutory reports as well as support for social security and tax audits for the HR department and contact person for the auditors on the relevant topics

Advising and supporting employees, including managers, on issues relating to payroll accounting, employment and collective agreements as well as tax and social security matters

Preparing (interim) references and issuing certificates for social insurance providers, tax authorities, etc.

Drawing up contracts and contract amendments for individual personnel measures (transfers, changes to working hours, upgrades, etc.) and implementation in all relevant HR systems

HR-side administration of the Toyota.one company pension scheme and employee-financed direct insurance schemes

Setting up and maintaining data in the electronic time recording system and advising employees on all aspects of working hours
Your Profile:

Completed commercial training and further training as a personnel specialist

At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources, particularly in the area of payroll

Good knowledge of collective agreements, social security, labor and wage tax lawCareful and accurate working methods

Quick comprehension, high organizational skill
