Experte (m/w/d) Recruiting
Your Tasks:
- Initial advice to the department in advance on recruiting and suggesting suitable recruiting channels tailored to the position with the aim of filling the position cost-effectively and successfully
- Pre-selection of incoming applications for the department and coordination of appointments for interviews in coordination with the department, candidate and, if necessary, personnel service providers and conducting the necessary preliminary and coordination interviews with the candidates
- Preparation and placement of job advertisements in common portals and for transmission to possible personnel service providers to be selected as well as active sourcing for efficient and effective filling of vacancies
- Conducting initial interviews together with the specialist department and selective support during second interviews in consultation with the HR business partners
- Drawing up contracts for new hires, including sending out contracts and monitoring the response rate
- Organizing and carrying out employee onboarding and the first working day
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training or completed studies with a focus on human resources or comparable
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting and in working with personnel service providers
- First experience in active sourcing
- Careful way of working and quick comprehension skills
- Very good communication skills and team orientation
- Very good German and very good English skills
