Your Tasks:

 

  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable payments to ensure proper payment transactions
  • Analyzing and evaluating opportunities for digitization and automation, and developing specific recommendations for optimization and automation
  • Implementing automated processes using Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, etc.
  • Maintaining and promptly updating guidelines, process descriptions, and access rights in the finance department
  • Providing support for all accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements (e.g., MaRisk, Target 2, EMZ, SEPA)
  • Preparing analyses and presentations, as well as conducting process analyses and data preparation as part of finance department projects

Your Profile:

 

  • A degree with a focus on business administration or a vocational training program with experience in finance
  • Initial experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as tools such as Copilot and Power Automate
  • Motivation to actively help shape process digitization and automation in the finance department at Toyota Kreditbank
  • A passion for change, “out-of-the-box” thinking, and a strong focus on both internal and external customers
  • Fluency in spoken and written German, as well as a good command of English
