Expert (m/f/d) Contract Administration (limited to 24 months)
Your Tasks:
- Processing of telephone and written enquiries (including early redemptions, address changes, damage releases, vehicle exchanges, transfers and rescheduling of due dates) from dealers and customers during the term of the leasing and loan agreements
- Qualified and competent contact person for all specialised questions from dealers and customers during the term of their leasing and loan agreements
- Providing telephone advice and support to dealers and customers in compliance with the service level target and in accordance with the bank's internal guidelines and work instructions to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and statutory requirements
- Coordination and processing of postal, fax, e-mail and extranet orders from our dealers and customers in compliance with the targets for mail processing
- Processing overdue leasing returns with the aim of returning the vehicles as quickly as possible and settling the contracts
- Preparation of recommendations and solutions for fee waivers and cancellations of business transactions as well as coordination with interfaces/other departments
Your Profile:
- Commercial vocational qualification or a similar qualification
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience
- Commercial knowledge and ideally experience in the credit and leasing business
- Strong communication skills and confident telephone behaviour and enjoy dealing with dealers
- Strong service orientation and solution-orientated approach
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Independence and reliability
