Expert (m/f/d) Backoffice
Your Tasks:
- Coordination of the annual budget planning process for the Back Office & Operations division, including consulting and planning of cost center budgets
- Preparation of target/actual analyses and budget reports as well as further development of monitoring tools
- Support and central contact person for operational travel management, including booking travel services
- Assistance functions for the Deputy Managing Director Back Office, e.g. preparing presentations, scheduling and accounts payable workflow
- Organization and coordination of international meetings
- Participation in operational topics such as SAP maintenance, KPI reporting and archive management
- Administrative activities within the company car and employee transfer program of Toyota Kreditbank (e.g. account assignments)
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed business studies or comparable training in the commercial sector with relevant professional experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of assistance and travel management, ideally in the financial sector, leasing companies or similar areas
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and a holistic understanding of business processes
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products and experience in using booking tools in travel management
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working, combined with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as flexibility and commitment
