Expert (m/f/d) Backoffice (limited to 24 months)
Your Tasks:
- Filing, reviewing, and processing of vehicle registration documents
- Sending vehicle registration documents to the appropriate departments
- Initiating account reconciliation in dealer financing in coordination with other departments
- Coordinating with other departments regarding the inventory of vehicle registration documents (cost determination resolution) and outstanding balances
- Processing and forwarding incoming mail
- Distributing internal mail
- Tracking shipments, sorting tasks
- Correspondence with dealers and customers
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable professional experience, preferably in an administrative role
- IT skills, especially with MS Office
- Technical understanding and good numerical skills
- Teamwork and flexibility, as well as independent and reliable work
- Competent and customer-oriented demeanor
- Willingness to work in the office five days a week, with 50% of the time spent standing
