Business Owner (m/f/d) Online
Your Tasks:
- Development and maintenance of online tools and sales channels (e.g. calculators, application routes, interfaces/API banking, websites) and optimization of the sales funnel
- Managing and implementing online sales channel projects and monitoring the results
- Creation of user stories, prioritization of requirements and management of implementation
- Conducting meetings according to SCRUM as well as testing and acceptance of applications
- Management and control of the online marketing mix
- Development of strategy concepts, including business cases, roadmaps and implementation plans for digitalization
- Coordination of internal partners (e.g. Toyota, Lexus, advertising agencies, field service, operations, legal), as well as development and maintenance of external cooperation partners (e.g. dealers)
- Budget responsibility for online tools and online marketing
- Implementation of training and internal communication
- Analysis and control of all relevant key figures
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration with a focus on Digital Marketing or similar training
- Several years of experience in the credit industry, ideally in the automotive or financial services sector
- Experience in online business projects that require a strong IT knowledge
- A good business mindset and organizational skills
- Very good communication skills
- A high sense of responsibility and a strong customer focus
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German
