Your Tasks:

 

  • Handling deaths in the context of loans/leasing contracts, including the clarification/check of inheritance matters/inheritance rights
  • Active coordination with heirs, estate administrators, probate courts, and authorized representatives
  • Handling and managing insolvency proceedings to minimize losses
  • Independently managing distressed commitments through legal and extrajudicial measures
  • Independent and responsible processing/decision-making within the framework of legal requirements and internal guidelines 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Current university student, ideally studying law or a related field
  • Legal knowledge desirable, ideally with some practical experience
  • Independent and audience-appropriate communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
