Your Tasks:

 

  • Supporting the team in preparing and providing data for LeanIX (tool) in the EAR T&I (European African Region Technology & Innovation) division
  • Updating documents and supplier data in OneTrust (tool) as well as processes for various teams
  • Team support in updating projects in the project management tool
  • Assisting with ticket coordination with customers in the EAR region
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc analyses

Your Profile:

 

  • Current studies with a scientific or technical focus, business administration or similar
  • Experience in handling data and its analysis, interpretation, and visualization (PowerBI)
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Excel
  • Independent, proactive way of working
  • Willingness to work regularly on site at the office several times a week
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
