Your Tasks:

 

  • Leading and controlling of technical and compliance projects, from conception to implementation
  • Conducting feasibility studies and evaluating economic solutions
  • Control of tendering processes (RfI/RfP), including the preparation of decision documents in cooperation with Procurement
  • (IT-)project planning, resource management, budget control, and risk management
  • Preparation and presentation of project reports and decision papers for stakeholders and committees
  • Coordination with internal departments, external partners, and service providers
  • Active participation in the further development of agile product development structures

Your Profile:

 

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, computer science or business informatics
  • Several years of experience in IT project management in the financial services environment with a focus on technical projects and/or compliance projects as well as budget responsibility
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment of financial service providers
  • Experience in the application of agile methods
  • Experienced with collaboration and project management tools
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Assertiveness, goal orientation and negotiating skills
  • Creativity, willingness to innovate and problem-solving skills
