Your Tasks:

 

  • Creation and maintenance of job plans in clients of the Automation Engine system for performing batch processing
  • Monitoring of batch runs, including error analysis and forwarding to application development
  • Execution and monitoring of individual jobs on request or as part of cyclical processes
  • Transfer of releases and issues to acceptance and production environments, including build & deploy
  • Support in the administration and configuration of virtual Linux servers and applications (Apache, Tomcat)
  • Assistance in setting up and operating database test environments, including SQL/DDL statements
  • Performing backups and restores to ensure data integrity and security
  • Technical administration of the database systems used within Toyota Kreditbank IT
  • Documentation and quality assurance of the systems and processes used

Your Profile:

 

  • Completed degree in computer science or comparable IT training with at least 3 years of professional experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux system and hardware administration
  • Experience with job control systems and automation of operational processes
  • Good knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational database design (Informix, Oracle, MySQL)
  • Confident use of IT applications and MS Office
  • Experience in supporting production systems and release processes
  • Ability to work in a team and in a goal- and solution-oriented manner
  • Independent, reliable, and resilient personality
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
