Your Tasks:

 

  • Ensuring external regulatory reporting (monthly/quarterly reports) to the German banking supervisory authority for Toyota Kreditbank GmbH
  • Analyzing regulatory changes (German/ European supervisory law) and deriving necessary process and system adjustments
  • Advising and training internal departments on regulatory requirements and coordinating across departments
  • Technical responsibility for specific reporting requirements, including compliance assessment and support with annual financial statement and disclosure obligations
  • Performing data analyses (SQL/ Excel), further developing reporting processes, and maintaining reporting software (BAIS)
  • Taking on project and sub-project management in the context of reporting and regulatory requirements

Your Profile:

 

  • Completed degree, ideally in business administration with a focus on banking supervisory law, banking operations, or comparable
  • At least three years of professional experience in regulatory reporting at a bank or financial institution
  • Confident use of automated reporting systems
  • Experience in working with databases (e.g., SQL) and programming/automation in Excel/VBA or Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills, independent and proactive personality with team spirit and persuasive argumentation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Interested in a part-time position - approx. 30 hours per week
