Your Tasks:

 

  • Ensuring an appropriate EAR (Europe African Region) risk management, reporting and analysis process 
  • Ensuring TFSC (Toyota Financial Services Cooperation) risk reporting requirements for EAR (e.g. Risk Control Assessment, KRI Reporting, CEO Risk Target Setting Process). This includes: Independent implementation of the EAR KRI reporting process and ensuring the implementation of the EAR CEO risk target setting and review process 
  • Preparation of analyses, reports and summaries during the MTBP process with the aim of ensuring a smooth process flow
  • Ensuring the timely processing of and response to risk-related inquiries from EC, TFSC, TMC 
  • (Further) development of cross-regional communication, presentation and technical tools and solutions to support risk management in EAR
  • Preparation of presentations for management, committees and meetings (e.g. Regional CRO Calls, Global Enterprise Risk Committee) and support of EAR risk management in planning regular meetings and conferences
  • Support and preparation of reports for the EAR Executive Comittee (including further development of the SharePoints for EAR Risk Management)

Your Profile:

 

  • Successfully completed commercial studies or a comparable qualification
  • Several years (at least 5 years) of practical professional experience in risk management (incl. management reporting) in an international working environment
  • Experience in the management of national and international projects desirable 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to find goal-oriented solutions for complex problems 
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a very good understanding of numbers in dealing with and analyzing key business figures 
  • A quick grasp and a structured way of thinking and working
  • A high level of communication and social skills in an international environment 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
