Your Tasks:

 

  • Product owner responsibility for external applications in the back office area (purchasing, credit decisions, recovery, dunning, risk law)
  • Interface function between specialist departments, IT, compliance, legal, external providers, and auditors
  • Analysis and optimization of decision rules in the retail approval process (Camunda)
  • Administration and further development of digital credit decisions (CVX), including user and rights management
  • Ensuring regulatory and internal group requirements are met in all relevant systems (e.g., GDPR, MaRisk, KWG)
  • Participation in digitization through interface expansion to the core banking system
  • Technical support and documentation of receivables management systems (FMM/ZVPro), including governance and audit support
  • Responsibility for reporting dashboards (Power BI), including analysis, further development, and derivation of recommendations for action
  • Presentation of analysis results and process improvement proposals to departments and management

Your Profile:

 

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, business mathematics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., banking specialist)
  • At least 2-3 years of practical experience in back office and banking (ideally at an automotive bank)
  • Project experience with the introduction of IT systems (ideally in back office)
  • Knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Power BI and Confluence is an advantage
  • A high degree of independence and reliability
  • Effective and targeted communication with various stakeholders
  • Ability to remain focused even under pressure
  • A high affinity for IT processes and systems
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
