Your Tasks:

 

  • Product Owner for all externally outsourced systems / applications in connection with the back office functions of Toyota Kreditbank (TKG). Purchase decision, credit decision for dealers / fleet customers, recovery, reporting - focus on dunning and recovery processes
  • Technical link between the respective departments (stakeholders) and IT, Compliance, Legal, internal / external auditors, external providers, etc.
  • Optimization, improvement and further development of the outsourced processes together with the stakeholders
  • Expansion of reporting in Power BI to present successes in the dunning and recovery process
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in connection with DORA, GISG, DSGVO, MaRisk, KWG, CRR, etc. in connection with credit decisions, seizures, foreclosures and more

Your Profile:

 

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Mathematics or a comparable qualification (e.g. Banking Specialist)
  • At least 2-3 years of practical experience in back office and banking (ideally at an automotive bank) 
  • Project experience with the introduction of IT systems (ideally in the back office)
  • Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Power BI and Confluence is an advantage
  • A high degree of independence and reliability
  • Effective and goal-oriented communication across different stakeholders 
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure
  • A high affinity for IT processes and systems
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German
