Your Tasks:
- Development of strategic recommendations for selecting suitable online sales channels for the deposit business at Toyota Kreditbank GmbH
- Establishment of a tool for monitoring interest rate developments and competitive offers in order to identify trends
- Development of an analysis tool for forecasting cash flow behavior in the deposit business
- Creation of product proposals and regular evaluation of the deposit product range
- Definition and implementation of all operational processes for conducting the deposit business
- Coordination and processing of internal and external inquiries in the context of the deposit business
- Development and implementation of reporting structures in accordance with regulatory and Toyota Financial Service requirements
- Management of IT interfaces in collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
- Creation and maintenance of all relevant process, guideline, and SOX documentation
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in finance and/or many years of experience in the deposit business
- At least 2 years of professional experience in treasury, ideally in the deposit business
- Knowledge of refinancing and basic regulatory requirements (CRR, CRD, KWG, etc.)
- Project experience and experience with online marketing strategies are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (VBA desirable)
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and strong numerical skills
- IT affinity and technical understanding of digital systems and sales channels
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, strong communication skills, and resilience
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
