Your Tasks:

 

  • Review, approval, and recording of loans up to €1 million in the corporate segment in accordance with guidelines
  • Preparation of loan proposals ready for decision by higher-level committees
  • Daily decision-making or facilitation of decisions on credit lines and existing financing
  • Ongoing portfolio monitoring and annual credit rating, including early risk detection and recommendation of measures
  • Support for commitments requiring intensive monitoring and implementation of early warning processes
  • Conducting constructive customer/dealer discussions as part of the credit assessment process
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements (MaRisk, EBA, KWG, money laundering and data protection)

Your Profile:

 

  • Completed training as a bank clerk, ideally with a degree in banking or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial lending
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate complex issues
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Open, team-oriented personality
  • Sound judgment, negotiating skills, and assertiveness
  • High level of motivation and commitment
  • Responsible and decisive approach to work
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
