Your Tasks:

 

  • Provide regular status updates on EAR (European Africa Region) projects to management, as well as prepare for and participate in performance reviews of the Sales Finance Companies (SFC)
  • Assist in establishing new performance processes (VLV and MCM)
  • Organization of the annual strategy and budget planning cycles (ONE Plan/MTBP & GPM), including coordination with country managers and preparation of corresponding presentations
  • Independent preparation of the regional Hoshin (Toyota Business Practices), ongoing monitoring of SFC and EAR targets and reporting to the Executive Committee
  • Conducting performance analyses, deriving actions, and developing new tools/reports for integration into monthly reviews
  • Contributing to market analyses, special projects, and product ideas, as well as participating in internal and external events to monitor market trends
  • Preparing presentations for top management meetings, supporting conferences/workshops, and monitoring the CPMO budget

 

Your Profile:

 

  • An university degree or vocational training in business administration with relevant professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the international work environment of a global corporation and in project management
  • Proficiency in handling complex data, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • High level of initiative, creativity, flexibility, and willingness to actively drive change
  • Ability to clearly present complex information, take on projects, and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
