Your Tasks:
- Consolidation and reconciliation of the monthly financial statements of the operational units
- Preparation of the monthly reporting for the management of the Europe & Africa region and the Japanese parent company
- Ensuring data consistency and quality as well as coordinating dividend planning and capital allocation
- Conducting actual vs. planned comparisons and deriving well-founded recommendations for management
- Technical maintenance of reporting and administration of the reporting system (Essbase) in collaboration with IT
- Participation in the preparation of forecasts and medium-term planning (Anaplan) as well as further development of reporting tools and processes
- Analysis of business data outside of monthly, forecast, and planning processes and presentation to decision-makers
- Provision and development of training content for the reporting tool (Essbase)
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in business administration with a focus on controlling/accounting or equivalent
- At least three years of operational experience in the field of controlling/finance in a bank or financial services company desirable
- Good knowledge of operational IFRS applications and risk management methods
- Experience in an international environment and willingness to initiate changes
- Ability to present complex issues clearly
- Goal-oriented and persuasive communication skills
- Extensive IT knowledge, ideally in handling Hyperion Essbase, MS Office products, databases, SAP
- Very good knowledge in English
