Your Tasks:

  • Supporting project management and taking on sub-projects in the implementation of sustainability reporting in accordance with CSRD and EU taxonomy
  • Ensuring the timely and complete preparation of the annual sustainability report for the TKG Group, including subsidiaries
  • Responsibility for the timely preparation of the annual and consolidated financial statements of the TKG Group in compliance with the audit deadlines
  • Coordination of the annual financial statement process with the foreign units of the TKG Group, including cooperation with auditors to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Supporting the integration of sustainability indicators into financial reporting
  • Interface with internal addressees and auditors, advising the specialist departments on sustainability reporting
  • Analyzing and implementing new/amended reporting obligations and accounting regulations for foreign units
  • Advising and supporting foreign units in the application of reporting and accounting regulations
  • Collaboration in monthly and quarterly reporting in accordance with HGB and IFRS as well as support

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics with a focus on banking and accounting
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position at a bank, leasing company or consulting firm, ideally with reference to sustainability reporting
  • Good knowledge of preparing annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS in the financial services sector
  • Experience in sustainability reporting (in particular CSRD and EU taxonomy)
  • Good SAP knowledge and IT skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a high level of initiative
  • Flexibility, assertiveness and reliability
  • Analytical, structured thinking and interest in sustainability-related topics
