Your Tasks:

 

  • Development and implementation of methods and risk tools for transparent and independent risk control and risk management for the SFCs and KINTO companies within the Europe & Africa Region (EAR)
  • Establishment of standard processes within EAR to ensure that the implemented methods are used effectively
  • Implementation of TFSC's global risk strategy
  • Implementation and further development of risk reporting (including regular reporting to TFSC)
  • Coordination of the annual Risk & Control Self-Assessment and further development of the process
  • Developing proposals and reviewing the annual CEO risk targets
  • Implementation and coordination of the MTBP process (Mid Term Business Plan process) from a risk perspective 
  • Risk-adequate management of the business within the TFSC guidelines
  • Risk assessment of new business areas and products
  • Participation in and sub-project management of strategic risk management-specific projects

Your Profile:

 

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years (ideally 5 years) of practical professional experience in credit risk business as well as credit approval
  • Experience (at least 3 years) as head of both national and international projects
  • Competence in the development and application of credit risk methods and models
  • Leadership experience in both national as well as international teams
  • Ability to find target-oriented solutions for complex problems 
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a very good understanding of dealing with and analyzing key business figures
  • Ability to transfer existing knowledge and make quick decisions
  • A talent for communication, strong persuasive skills, and readiness to cooperate 
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English language
