Your Tasks:

 

  • Handling of deaths in the context of loans/leasing contracts, including clarification/review of inheritance situations/entitlement to inheritance
  • Active clarification with heirs, estate administrators, probate courts, and authorized representatives
  • Management and supervision of insolvency proceedings to minimize losses
  • Independent handling of non-performing engagements through legal and extrajudicial measures
  • Independent and self-responsible processing/decisions within the framework of legal requirements and internal guidelines

 

Your profile:

 

  • Legal knowledge, ideally acquired through training or studies
  • Initial practical experience desirable
  • Independence and audience-appropriate communication skills
  • Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work on-site (during the longer-term training period)
