Your Tasks:

  • Creating tender documents and maintaining purchasing conditions and supplier invoices in the system
  • Sharing responsibility for the purchase of goods and services in accordance with our procurement guidelines, e.g. placing orders, market analysis, conducting negotiations, preparing tenders, preparing and following up supplier meetings, benchmarks
  • Carrying out supplier evaluations and market analyses to optimize the purchasing process 
  • Preparing supplier meetings, conducting negotiations and concluding contracts with suppliers
  • Preparing supplier selection together with the respective departments and decision-makers within Toyota Kreditbank
  • Developing contractual bases and framework agreements as well as SLAs in coordination with the Legal & Compliance departments
  • Carrying out regular benchmark analyses to ensure the best conditions and quality
  • Participation in coordination meetings for negotiations, annual meetings or escalations in the event of incidents
  • Supporting the development of procurement strategies and processes as well as their implementation within the company
  • Support within building management

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or comparable; alternatively completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, bank clerk) with sound professional experience
  • First professional experience in strategic or operational purchasing
  • Industry knowledge and professional experience in a comparable position at a bank, leasing company, car rental company or similar would be an advantage
  • Experience of working in cross-functional teams and managing projects
  • Holistic understanding of processes and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics 
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Fluency in German (at least B2) and a good command of English
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills as well as a positive attitude and high level of commitment
  • A high degree of initiative, a sense of responsibility and an independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • Negotiating skills and assertiveness
