Your Tasks:

 

  • Recording, checking, and following up on payroll accounting (accounting system: KDV), including salary posting in SAP
  • Ensuring proper salary payments, including associated social security contributions and income tax returns
  • Continuous development of the payroll system in the accounting system, taking into account legal changes
  • Assistance with the preparation and implementation of employee secondments, including associated correspondence with foreign companies, etc.
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for human resources and support with audits (social security, taxes)
  • Advising employees, including managers, on salary, contract, and social security issues, as well as on collective bargaining agreements and time recording
  • Preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, contract amendments, and HR system data
  • Administration of company pension plans and direct insurance policies, including data reporting
  • Maintenance of the time recording system, checking of bookings (e.g.vacation, overtime), and preparation of evaluations, including ad hoc evaluations

Your Profile:

 

  • Successfully completed commercial or tax law training, further training in the field of wages and salaries, or comparable experience 
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources, particularly in payroll accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of collective bargaining law as well as social security, labor, and income tax law
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Careful and structured approach to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and flexibility
  • High organizational skills and quick comprehension
  • Empathy and service-oriented approach
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English
