Your Tasks:
- Providing telephone advice and support to customers and dealers in accordance with service levels and internal guidelines
- Processing a wide range of business transactions during the contract period (e.g., redemptions, address changes, damage approvals)
- Coordinating and processing incoming orders by mail, email, fax, and extranet
- Processing overdue lease returns for timely contract settlement
- Maintaining and processing control lists (e.g., incoming payments, outstanding residual values, credit checks)
- Preparation of decision templates for higher levels of authority (e.g., fee waivers, cancellations)
- Coordination with internal interfaces and support for related departments
- Support for projects and process optimization
- Ensuring service-oriented communication to increase customer satisfaction
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Good knowledge of the credit and leasing business
- Strong communication skills and confident, service-oriented telephone manner
- Strong customer and solution orientation
- Friendly manner and excellent team spirit
- Resilience, flexibility, and reliability
- Confident use of common IT applications
- High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
- Fluent German language skills
