Expert (m/f/d) CRM Tools & Projects
Your Tasks:
- Further development and support of digital CRM tools and implementation of agile projects
- Expansion of the technical CRM processes between the Toyota systems, creation of user stories, testing and coordination of interfaces
- Expansion of new technically supported CRM options (Catch, Lead Follow Up, Messenger Services, Chat, Marketing Automation with AI)
- Implementation of white label projects for dealer and customer loyalty
- Coordination for the topics of customer data, lead governance and consent / advertising consent at national and European level
- Checking processes/systems with regard to changes in data protection requirements in coordination with the data protection officers
- Integration of the Toyota customer portal into the CRM processes
- Advising Toyota and Lexus dealers and the sales force
- Creating presentations and independently presenting the content to the sales force, dealers, Toyota Germany and at local and European management meetings
- Support in other projects in the Business Development & Digital Team
- Creating business cases and project proposals
- Maintenance and control of budgets, as well as KPIs and success control
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration (BWL) or business informatics
- Ideally experience in the financial services sector / automotive bank
- At least 2-3 years of practical professional experience in the implementation and management of projects, ideally in the area of CRM
- Sound understanding of IT systems and processes as well as confident handling of MS Office
- Experience in working according to SCRUM
- Understanding of data protection requirements
- Fluency in German (at least C1) and very good written and spoken English skills
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented work
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Independent and autonomous way of working
