Your Tasks:
- Assistance with customer service and contract billing, as well as customer communication via phone and email
- Processing contract terminations, including early terminations
- Support for projects and further developments in the Operations department
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Assistance with the preparation and delivery of training sessions
- Maintaining recurring task lists and systematic workflow
Your profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Ideally, experience in leasing, fleet management, rental services, or similar areas
- Some experience in customer service is also a plus
- Knowledge of project management tools, e.g., Jira
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Communicative and solution-oriented
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
