Your Tasks:

 

  • Determination of key figures together with the Controlling department
  • Carrying out vehicle calculations based on specified parameters
  • Preparation of offer correspondence
  • Posting vehicle offers on Kinto's own auction platform
  • Creation of invoices in the back office system
  • Creation of transport orders
  • Supporting the Remarketing department in the vehicle handover process, registration, plate mounting and invoice verification

Your profile:

 

  • Ongoing studies in a Business Administration or Engineering degree program
  • Ideally experience in leasing, fleet management, rental or similar
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Communicative and solution-oriented
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
