Your Tasks:

 

  • Creation of process documentation and training materials
  • Monitoring and creating reports on the organizational manual and quality management
  • Participate in process mapping and improvement workshops and meetings
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of process management practices and tools
  • Contribute to improved quality management reporting
  • Integrate additional quality management reporting points for further optimization

Your profile:

 

  • You are enrolled in a business degree program such as industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain management for at least one more year
  • You have already gained practical experience, ideally in process management tools and methods
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • You have no fear of contact with technical topics
  • You are confident in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • You have a very good command of German and English (written and spoken)
