Your Tasks:

  • Lead and develop our IT team of up to three people by nurturing their talents and strengthening skills
  • You and your team will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end users
  • Plan and implement IT projects in close cooperation with Group IT and external and internal suppliers
  • Ensure IT security and IT compliance in accordance with Group guidelines and legal requirements (MaRisk, BAIT, planning and implementation of upgrades/patches, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth communication and cooperation between our team, Group IT and our external partners
  • Be a driver of innovation and efficiency through the use of new technologies and process optimizations

Your profile:

 

  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree or have completed a corresponding vocational training program
  • You have several years of experience in IT, ideally with first leadership skills
  • You have an independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and a hands-on mentality
  • You have a high affinity for technology and are keen to work with us to find simple solutions to complex problems
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
