Your Tasks:

 

  • You are responsible for the remarketing of KINTO One+ lease returns within the given guidelines

  • You implement marketing processes to reduce default risks in the retail and wholesale area of KINTO Germany and Toyota Kreditbank

  • You take appropriate measures to market service and lease vehicles of KINTO Germany, Toyota Germany and Toyota Kreditbank

  • You are responsible for the sale of the entire marketing volume of used vehicles for KINTO Germany, Toyota Kreditbank and Toyota Germany on the basis of existing competencies

  • You ensure the profitability of each individual sale

  • You take care of the recording and processing of customer complaints

  • You create reports to measure success and, based on this, optimize the measures introduced with regard to processes, sales channels and customer groups

  • You advise your internal customers on remarketing processes and pricing

Your profile:


Commercial or technical training in the financial services sector or the automotive industry ideally with knowledge of day-to-day car dealership operations or similar

2-5 years of professional experience in car sales

Experience with dealers and salespeople (B2B)

Experience in the Toyota dealership / service sector or very good product knowledge is an advantage

Legal knowledge and knowledge of extrajudicial dunning procedures an advantage

Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Analytical thinking paired with strong problem-solving skills

Good business management and calculation skills

Negotiating skills paired with assertiveness
