Your Tasks:

  • Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of the software used at KINTO One, from requirements gathering and development management to rollout and continuous optimization
  • Responsibility for the Sofico Miles contract management platform used at KINTO
  • Strategic further development of the innovation strategy for KINTO Germany as well as the identification and evaluation of new technologies and trends
  • Management of external partners and suppliers as well as coordination of relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team including development, motivation and mentoring of team members

Your profile:

  • Degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in managing complex IT or digitalization projects and in leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of software lifecycle management
  • Experience in dealing with external service providers and technological innovations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills as well as strategic thinking
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as initiative and creativity
  • Willingness and interest to continuously familiarize yourself with new technologies
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
